Process Supervisor runs in real-time, constantly keeping up-to-date about any suspicious activity taking place on your system. Some malicious files, such as pop-up windows, repeatedly request Internet access – this sort of activity is tolerated for a short time before Process Supervisor pauses the process and calls it to your attention. In the event Process Supervisor questions a desired process, you may determine that process "Trusted", and it will be allowed to run from then on.

Instead of having to manually search each process running, Process Supervisor gives you the choice of dealing with specific 'risky' processes or doing a full system scan of current processes in a controlled environment.

Easy-to-Use Interface

Each process currently running on your system is displayed when you open the Process Supervisor window. Processes can easily be displayed as either a List of Processes or as a Tree of Processes by selecting the respective bullet.

If you are aware of an undesired process running, you may click on that specific process from the populated list, and click 'End selected process' to halt them. By clicking 'Find risky process', you allow Process Supervisor to make a fresh assessment of current processes running.

When a displayed process is selected,  a wealth of information about the process is provided in the 'details' menu. The name (with file extension), PID, Path, and any already noted description of the process are displayed. This information can allow you to ascertain whether or not an unknown process is indeed malevolent or not.
